Emily Gartner, MEd
expertise: supporting others build capacity and finding clarity and alignment in daily life / NYC based
Emily is a teacher, school counselor, and certified wellness coach for over 15 years, working in schools across the U.S. and abroad. After witnessing firsthand the emotional, mental, and energetic demands placed on educators, she knew there had to be a more supportive and sustainable way to care for the humans behind the work. In her spare time, she enjoys comedy, art, the great outdoors, and all things health and wellness.
Caitlin McGuire, MPH
expertise: health and wellness coaching, chronic pain and burnout, human design reader / IL based
Caitlin has worked across various industries, including education, nonprofit management, counseling and coaching. The golden thread that weaves all her professional experience together is the importance of wellness in community. Her work has spanned cultures, communities, and stakeholders on projects such as community-based evaluations, research, strategic planning, grant writing, and program management. She is currently a health coach and has her own practice, Thrulight Wellness, which focuses on improving health outcomes for people experiencing chronic pain and burnout. Caitlin loves going to live music whenever she can!
Dante Rhodes, EdD
expertise: heart-centered and authentic leadership / MD based
Dante is an equity driven school leader with over 10 years of experience working with students in grades PK-8 in Texas, Seattle, and now in Maryland. Serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, Dante demonstrates what it means to choose love over fear in his decision making and leadership. In his spare time, you can find him writing children’s books, snuggled up with his dogs, or traveling the world!
Iranian-American educator with over 15 years of experience working in public education, serving youth and being inspired by them. Gazalle is a gifted speaker, community builder, founder of the youth organization Beyond Brilliant, and trainer of restorative practices. Gazalle enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance, especially in areas where she can see animals in their natural habitat. She’s got the sweetest pup named Koda that loves to go on the many PNW adventures with her.
