What is the EWC?

We’re a community created for and by educators, started in 2025. Our mission is to be the go-to place for wellness and career development so educators and their students can thrive.

What does the EWC offer?

At this time, we offer coaching, community challenges, articles, an annual retreat, and professional development. We’re hoping to expand our professional development opportunities and work to secure funding to support educator initiatives such as teacher classroom grants, and to pay for content generated by fellow educators.
